                                                                    Asia Capital Group Public Company Limited has paid up capital of 125 million baht (USD
                                                                    4.0 million).  Major shareholders comprise ACAP senior management and institutional
                                                                    shareholders, including Japan Asia Investment Group of Japan, Standard Bank PLC
                                                                    and International Finance Corporation (IFC). 
                                                                    IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, invested in ACAP shares with the aim to build
                                                                    on the Companys asset management platform and help develop nonperforming loan resolution
                                                                    in emerging markets across Asia. 
                                                                    ACAP has a number of subsidiary companies offering other finance and legal related
                                                                    services, such as loan asset investment and management, business rehabilitation
                                                                    planning and administration, legal advisory and consumer finance.
