GSC’s platform and many of its staff originate from Capital OK Company Limited, another ACAP subsidiary, which has experience in servicing more than a million customers when Capital OK was active in the personal and consumer finance business.

GSC’s call centre platform can accommodate call volumes required by nearly any type of business. Customers outsourcing to GSC include companies such as mobile network and airline companies.

GSC also has expertise in receivables and loan collection coming from Capital OK’s background in personal and consumer finance. The staff have extensive experience in collecting on personal and credit card loans across the full delinquency period spectrum. The company can service any type of personal or SME account, including receivables, credit card debt and unsecured personal loans. Customers utilising GSC’s collection expertise include mobile network, banking and mobile phone retail companies.
