Making Payments
Payments for loans under Eucalypt Mortgages must be made only to "Eucalypt Mortgages Sdn Bhd". Please note that under no circumstances should any payment relating to Eucalypt loans be made to any individual or to any other company whatsoever. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to Pay
Please note that all payments are to be made in favour of “Eucalypt Mortgages Sdn Bhd” to the following bank account :

• Bank : HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad
• Account No : 205-001670-101
• Account Name : Eucalypt Mortgages Sdn Bhd

After a payment is made, please fax a copy of the pay-in slip together with your name and loan account number to the above fax number or send it to the above address.

As your existing auto-debit instruction with the Bank (if any) has now been cancelled, you may wish to arrange for a new auto-debit instruction to make payment to the above account.  Please feel free to contact ACAP if you require any assistance.

Please note that no cash or cheque payments should be made under any circumstances in favour of any individual or representative or company other than “Eucalypt Mortgages Sdn Bhd” and to the above designated bank account.  Should you receive payment instructions that is different from the above, please alert the General Manager of ACAP.
