Mr. Suthep Tharawas
Managing Director

Suthep Tharawas is presently Managing Director of ACAP Consulting Company Limited. He has over 21 year of working experience. He is formerly Head Lawyer of Vertley & Kamthorn Law Office, Head Compliance of Nithipat Finance Public Company Limited and Legal Counselor to Montara Company Limited.

Suthep Tharawas received his Bachelor degree in Law (LL.B) from Thammasat University, a Certificate of Business Law from Thammasat University and also his Master degree in MBA from Kasetsart University

Mr.Issarachai Decharit
Executive Director

Issarachai Decharit is presently Director and Deputy Managing Director of ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited. He has over 21 years of working experience in Legal advisor , Litigation in various kinds of court cases for example Rehabilitaion case, Arbitration case ,Taxation case, etc. He was formerly Vice President of Legal Department at Thai Petrochemical Industry PLC., Director of TPI Oil Co.,Ltd .

Issarachai Decharit received his Bachelor degree in Law (LL.B) from Chulalongkorn University and also Thai Barrister-at-law from Thai Bar Association
